A snowy mountain town might find a sunny 50°F day warm and refreshing, while someone in a tropical climate might think it’s chilly. Perspective really shapes how we experience things!

During this time of year let’s remember those that struggle with life's challenges. Oftentimes loved one’s have thoughts on finding light in darker times. Life can be unpredictable and sometimes overwhelming, but keeping an eye on the bright spots and recognizing the light inside you not just during the winter solstice but all year round can make your journey more rewarding.

While you can have a mental countdown and plans in place, it’s just as crucial to adapt and celebrate the unexpected moments turning up and making the experience richer.
